Milford Plover videos: Piping Plover and Killdeer, 17, 18 March 2020.  The Killdeer are engaged in 'ground chasing," a form of territorial behavior.  The video shows a few minutes of ritualized chzsing between 6 Killdeer that lasted at least half an hour.  Note the frequent inflation of the chest to expand the black chest bars.
