Lark, Chipping Sparrow; Eared Grebe, Cinnamon & BW TEal, RS Hawk, Demuth 1/15/15

1/15/15.  All 3 teals were on the percolation pond in Demuth, along with the usual Shovelers, Eared Grebes, Gadwall, Mallards, Ruddy Ducks, and Coots.  Many sparrows around, esp at Bel Air Greens parking lot area, including unusual Chipping Sparrows (over 20) and a lone Lark Sparrow.
