American Golden-Plover, Milford Point, CT 9/10/19
American Golden-Plover, Milford Point, CT 9/10/19. Today, around 11:30 AM, a third American Golden-Plover on the main sandbar for this season. The other two were adults in various stages of molt: this bird seems a juvenile. Hanging out with Whimbrel and AMOY; only about 4 BBPL around, and they're not relating to the Amer. Golden-Plover at all. Below a few record shots and a video.
