Baird's Sandpiper, a juvenile, has been at Hammonasset for about 4 days, and it has been accompanied by a few Buff-breasted Sandpipers. I visited this morning and photographed them with other birders. A rare, close look at Baird's. BTY, the puddles Baird's was in also had LESA, which Baird's regularly chased away.
