Black Bear, Milford

On 6/13/17 a Black Bear, probably a young male looking for a female, walked down the street and found a 25-pound bag of birdseed in a metal can in our neighbor's yard.  Mr Bear stayed for about 24 hours, spending the night about 40 feet up a large Norway Maple.  Left the next day, but could still be around.  One record photo:
