Found 2 Seaside Sparrows in the Spartina just north of main sandbar at Silver Sands this afternoon (in the company of at least one Marsh Wren). Hoping that Ammodramus maritimus is the first of many Ammodramus sparrows this season. These are juveniles (told by pale supraloral; breast and flanks streaks). A few record photos:
