Photos below illustrate difficulty of identifying CACG confidently. Clear size difference from other CANG, but structure quite similar. Not seemingly shorter neck, smaller bill, and darker overall plumage, especially on breast. But bill not tiny, as with the very short-billed Cackling Geese.
