White-winged gulls again, Gulf Beach, Milford CT 4/7/18. A strikingly white gull appeared in group of about 700 surface-feeding (plankton) gulls. At one time it was next to an Iceland Gull. With some help, I've settled on the identification as Glaucous Gull.
